This practice does not accept insurance and is private pay only. Rates are $250.00 per 50 minute session. Payment will be due at the time of service and a credit card will be required on file. I may choose to use Thrizer for out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. I remain financially responsible for all fees. I understand that questions about insurance reimbursement are my responsibility to review with my insurer or Thrizer, and that the practice cannot predict or guarantee reimbursement. I'm not sure yet and would like to ask more questions, though, I do understand this practice is not in network for insurance.
